•Gift card purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

•Multiple suspicious orders are placed from the same individual or address.

•The brand suspects intent to resell or misuse designs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

•We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

•In the rare case that you receive a damaged ready-to-wear product, we are happy to offer an exchange.

•The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing videos or images.

•Custom or made-to-order garments are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

•However, we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of receiving the garment to ensure the perfect fit.

•We are happy to exchange a product if you have ordered the wrong size, subject to availability.

•The garment must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.

•Customers will be responsible for return courier charges in case of a size exchange.
