• All designs, embroidery patterns, prints, and artworks are original and exclusive intellectual property of Ashwarya Khurana. Any reproduction, replication, or unauthorized use — in whole or in part — including embroidery techniques, motifs, or prints, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• This applies to individuals, boutiques, production houses, or any entity attempting to replicate or reinterpret our designs for commercial or personal purposes.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per individual or household. Orders suspected of hoarding or intended for resale may be canceled at our discretion.

• Prices listed are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) and include all applicable taxes.

• While we strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in display settings.

• Colors may vary slightly from what is seen online due to lighting or screen resolution.

• Such variations do not qualify for returns or complaints. 

• Each piece is handcrafted, and variations in embroidery or detailing are inherent, reflecting the uniqueness of artisanal craftsmanship.
