• For made-to-order garments:

• If production exceeds 14 working days, you will be notified in advance.

• The 8–14 day window does not apply.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp with tracking details.

• Ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

• The brand is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

• All domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
